Hospitality Road Show

Thanks to all that participated in The very successful Hospitality Road Show. Thank you for your feedback too. Some of the positive comments from TAFE students that were involved...
"were able to put into practice what we have been doing in cafe"
"made feel very welcome by venue"
"Learning new things, able to practice 3 plate carry"
"I learnt that talking to people isn't so scary after all"

and where we can improve for next time...
"by getting everyone to do more hands on practical skills and talking in front of the class"

So... for more fun and experience make sure you get involved in the other activities that are coming up... Groovin the moo, seafood and semillon and of course your restaurant and cafe classes :)
